How many here actually still believe that there is a God??
by annalice inafter being gone from the jw's for many years now , and having done extensive research on the history of god and the belief in him , i can't seem to find any logical way to have a belief in an invisble being up there ruling over us.

I took up window cleaning in 1973 so that i could pioneer until 1975. Now here i am 35 years later having being self employed all these years. Life is really hard. I work about 25 hours a week and i am loaded. I have been in employment all these years,had security and been able to take holidays whenever i want to. Many of my customers have become friends which means i have shared in weddings,births, and sadly some funerals.
As a "Visual Technical Engineer" i am happy in my work and look forward to keeping fit and enjoying my job for many a year to come....God willing.

Power of "Awake" article on Window Cleaning =Thousands of Witness Washer!
by Witness 007 inw.w.c {witness window cleaners} i was one for three years.
started from scratch, taught by another witness window cleaner...we had 4 in our hall.
i never knew why there were so many, till i found an awake article about employment which recommends geting a bucket and starting to clean windows!

Hello to all Optical Visual Engineers out there.
I took up window cleaning in 1973. Along with another brother we decided this was a good way to spend the last few years until armageddon. No commitments and plenty of spare time to go on the ministry. I thought, this will do me until 1975, and here i am all these years later still polishing the glass. The job does have its ups and downs and sometimes its a bit of a pane,but in truth its been a great career.
I have been in steady employment for over 35 years. I am my own Boss and can take time off whenever i want. The money is pretty good and although i am now 60 i feel pretty fit.
I have made numerous friends over the years. I have been invited to customers weddings and have also mourned with them at funerals. Window cleaning is also an extension of Social Services. I come into contact with all kinds of people. For some i might be thier only contact that day and i always have time to stop and have a chat. Yes when all is said and done Window Cleaning has a lot going for it.
Oh and i cant begin to tell you what sights i have seen when peeping through the windows

i thought it was excellent .i feel they are doing a marvelous work & are to be commended .

Hi Grace,
Yes we are keeping well. My wife Anne and i celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary a few days ago. To celebrate the day we hired a Canal Boat and along with some friends sailed along the canal at Skipton, Yorkshire. We had a great day.
We wont be with you at PA....but know that you will have a wonderful time.

I live in Manchester and can assure you that there are many of us out here alive and thriving. Yes it can be hard to come to terms with life after the Watchtower and it takes time. Hope you are well.
